Food
Satvik Bhojan, Three Times a Day
Meals here are simple Satvik cooking — no onion, no garlic — made fresh in our own kitchen for guests and function bookings alike, not reheated from a central supplier. Satvik meals are included in the room tariff, not a separate charge. Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served daily; exact seating times vary — please confirm current timing on WhatsApp before you plan your day around them. It's home-style food rather than a restaurant menu — the same kitchen that caters a wedding in the function hall also feeds a single guest staying one night.
Our Distinctive Feature
The Grand Atrium & Sabha Hall
Walk past reception and the building opens straight up into a tall atrium under a blue-tinted skylight roof, the floor laid in a star pattern that guests regularly stop to photograph before they even check in. Rooms look down onto it from open landings on every floor, and the sabha hall running off one side is where daily aarti, satsang and larger religious functions actually happen. Most guesthouses at this end of Chhatikara Road don't have anything like it — it's closer to what you'd expect walking into one of Vrindavan's newer temple complexes than a typical dharamshala.

The basement under the building is dedicated covered parking, not an afterthought — space for around 20 vehicles, which matters on Chhatikara Road where street parking gets genuinely difficult during festival season. It's used as much by families arriving in a convoy of cars for a function upstairs as by guests staying the night.
Entrance
Entrance & Walkway
The entrance sits off a paved side driveway rather than directly on the main road, so arriving by car or auto-rickshaw with luggage doesn't mean stepping out into traffic. It's a level walk from the gate to reception, not a flight of stairs first, which matters for anyone travelling with an elderly parent or heavy bags straight off a train.

Wi-Fi, Housekeeping & Temple Access
Wi-Fi
Free Wi-Fi covers the lobby, atrium and dining hall — enough to make a booking call over WhatsApp or check a train time without burning mobile data. It's not marketed as high-speed streaming internet; most guests use it for messages and maps, and that's what it's set up for.
Housekeeping
Rooms are cleaned daily with linen changed as standard between stays, and fresh towels or bedding on request if you're staying more than a couple of nights. Housekeeping works around function-hall turnarounds too, so a room block for a wedding party is serviced on the same schedule as any other guest room.
Temple Access
The Radha-Krishna shrine in the atrium is open to every guest, not only those attending a scheduled puja — you can sit for aarti morning or evening whether you're staying one night or five. It's open to function attendees too, so a wedding party or satsang group in the sabha hall can step across for darshan between events.
