Function & Banquet Hall
Function & Banquet Hall in Vrindavan — Shri Shiv Krishna Dham
The Hall
A Function Hall Near Prem Mandir, Built for Real Functions
Our function hall sits off the same atrium as the guesthouse rooms, on Chhatikara Road a few minutes from Prem Mandir and about 3 km from Banke Bihari Temple. It's a single open hall — marble floor, a raised area at one end for a stage or a vivah mandap, and enough ceiling height that a full shamiyana-style decoration setup doesn't feel cramped underneath it.
We host satsangs and kirtans that run a few hours, religious ceremonies like griha pravesh and mundan, and family functions from a modest gathering up to a full wedding reception. The photo above isn't a rendering — that's an actual satsang, decorated and running, not a stock photo of an empty room dressed up to look bigger than it is.
Assessing Capacity
See the Hall Empty — Gauge Your Guest Count
Decorated and full of guests, it's hard to judge how much floor space you're actually getting. These two show the hall in daylight and empty — the same space the atrium overlooks from every floor above. Round dining tables for a wedding, rows of chairs for a satsang, or a single stage setup for a ceremony all fit differently, so tell us your guest count and we'll talk you through the layout that actually works before you commit to a date.
Catering
Catering: Pintu Caterers, Pure Vegetarian
Catering for every function here is in-house — Pintu Caterers, the same kitchen named on the board inside the hall, not an outside vendor you have to coordinate separately. Food is pure vegetarian, Satvik-style — no onion, no garlic — with menus that scale from a simple bhandara thali to a multi-counter wedding spread.
Tell us your guest count and the type of function when you enquire, and the catering quote comes back together with the hall quote, not as a separate conversation later.
Booking
Satsang Hall Booking in Vrindavan — How to Reserve a Date
Hall bookings don't go through the same channel as a room reservation. Message us separately on WhatsApp or call the number below, and tell us your date, expected guest count, and whether you want catering included in the quote. Festival-season dates — Janmashtami, Holi, Kartik Purnima — and weekend dates in wedding season get booked out months ahead, so an early enquiry costs nothing and holds your place in the conversation.
